Job Title Phone Assistant / Appointment Setter / CRM Coordinator Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and professional assistant to help manage incoming calls, follow up with prospects, schedule appointments, and keep our CRM organized. This person will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, so they must have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to follow up consistently. The main goal of this role is to help convert leads into scheduled appointments while making sure all client information, notes, and follow\-ups are properly updated in the CRM. Main Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally. Call new leads and prospects quickly after they submit their information. Follow up with old leads, missed calls, and pending prospects. Qualify prospects by asking basic questions about their project, location, timeline, and budget. Schedule appointments for estimates, consultations, or sales calls. Confirm appointments by phone, text, or email. Update the CRM with accurate notes, lead status, appointment details, and follow\-up reminders. Track all calls, messages, and client interactions. Send basic follow\-up messages, reminders, or appointment confirmations. Notify the sales/project manager about hot leads or urgent client requests. Keep the lead pipeline organized so no prospect is forgotten. Ideal Candidate Strong phone communication skills. Friendly, confident, and professional voice. Organized and detail\-oriented. Comfortable making outbound calls. Able to follow a script but also speak naturally. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Experience in construction, remodeling, roofing, solar, real estate, home services, or appointment setting is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus. Reliable, punctual, and consistent with follow\-up. What is the property address or city? Are you the homeowner? When are you looking to get the project started? What days/times are best for an appointment? Pay: $22\.00 \- $28\.00 per hour Benefits: * Work from home Work Location: Remote
