We are seeking a curious and very experienced Senior Salesforce System Administrator and Scrum Product Owner / Product Manager to both administer Salesforce CRM and help further the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, MuleSoft, and more.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and technical execution. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, and agile delivery teams to translate complex business needs into clear, prioritized backlogs that drive measurable outcomes across Lifetouch and other Shutterfly brands. Ease of use, data integrity, platform scalability, and operational excellence will be core to your decision\-making as these systems support sales, customer service, field operations, and integrations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Configure and administer Salesforce CRM using your finely honed System Admin skills.
- Lead implementation efforts with the end\-user in mind, ensuring solutions are effective, meet business needs, and align with governance and best practices.
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure business needs are met.
- Act as a point of escalation for support, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.
- Oversee and implement Salesforce security in a holistic manner that safeguards all customer, employee, proprietary, and personal information; ensuring sensitive data is kept confidential.
- Ensure high standards for data quality, integration reliability, security, and compliance across systems.
- Gather detailed business requirements and clarifications needed to ensure accurate and efficient development and/or configuration activities. Partner closely with developers and architecture to hone clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with developers on application design and configuration, and recommendations.
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities, set expectations, and help guide and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service) and integrations.
- Serve as one of the Scrum Product Owners for an agile team, maintaining a well\-groomed, prioritized product backlog.
- Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics, build reports and dashboards, and use data to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.
- Help with backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, daily scrum calls, and retrospectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and sharing technical expertise.
- Build technical knowledge of self and others related to applicable existing and emerging technologies to address evolving business needs.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases with an eye towards end\-user enhancements, strong security, and process improvements.
- Assist with testing to support successful implementation and deployment.
- Create documentation to support internal Salesforce team.
- Perform other project and miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (FKA System Administrator)
- One or more certifications as a Scrum Product Owner or Business Analyst
- 5\+ years of Salesforce CRM System Administration
- 5\+ years of Scrum Product Management or Business Analysis experience
- 5\+ years of deep experience configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service
- 2\+ years building Flows
- 2\+ years working as a lead Salesforce CRM System Administrator
- 2\+ years of experience leading project teams using Scrum and Agile Methodologies to bring features to market
- It would be a huge bonus if you are familiar with setup and configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, including Amazon Connect.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and ability to manage product backlogs.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – to rally teams towards a vision and a plan. Able to communicate very technical concepts to non\-technical audiences.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
California : \[$93,250\-$132,750]
Connecticut and New York: \[$93,250\-$121,500]
Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and Washington: \[$93,250\-$112,500]
Nevada: \[$87,750\-$121,500]
Maryland and New Jersey: \[$100,750\-$121,500]
Hawaii : \[$87,750 – $105,750]
