Qualifications:

Growing Trust Administration firm seeks to fill full\-time, in\-person Accounts Payable position immediately. Become a member of a friendly, professional team with plenty of support and interaction. In addition to financial skills, the successful candidate will have excellent speaking and writing skills, be detail oriented, have strong time management skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

  • Using QuickBooks to prepare checks, reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Track and anticipate outgoing payments for client expenditures.
  • Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
  • Process Bank deposits using remote deposit capture.
  • Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding billing and payments.
  • Analyze financial statements for cash flow and budgeting.
  • Statement and account reconciliation.
  • Work collaboratively with various team members.
  • With supervision, prepare year end 1099 filings.
  • EDUCATION and BUSINESS EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Experience in Quickbooks Desktop
  • Experience in MS Outlook calendar task scheduling
  • Communications skills, both verbal and written
