We are looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support daily administrative operations by assisting with communication, coordination, administrative tasks, and general office support. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
This is a temporary position with an undetermined end date based on business needs.
This position is located onsite and is not a remote or hybrid position.
Responsibilities / Job Description
- Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide administrative support to help ensure efficient day\-to\-day operations.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and document organization.
- Support scheduling, coordination, and completion of office projects and administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts by phone, email, and mail.
- Maintain office supply inventory by monitoring stock levels and assisting with supply orders as needed.
- Assist with basic accounting and payment\-related tasks, as needed.
- Support team operations by coordinating administrative tasks that help ensure timely service and effective day\-to\-day workflow.
- Perform additional duties and assignments as needed to support department operations and business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of administrative assistant experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and business writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, and phones.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience supporting administrative operations in a fast\-paced environment.
- Experience handling basic accounting, payment processing, or transaction entry.
- Familiarity with document management, filing systems, and office supply coordination.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk or computer.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and operating office equipment.
- Occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, or lifting office materials up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
