Court Transcriber
We are looking for two (2\) AAERT certified transcribers to join our team working remotely as independent contractors.
Certified transcribers are paid in the range of $2\.20/pg to $4\.50/pg depending upon the job turnaround time. Some audio and content are such that many pages can be transcribed per hour by a fast and accurate court transcriber. Some audio and content is difficult and results in less pages transcribed per hour.
We will apprentice ($1\.50/pg) transcribers willing to begin preparing to take the AAERT transcriber certification test. www.aaert.org
This is excellent work for the right individual with a solid grasp of grammar and punctuation, solid technical skills and great time management skills. Experience as a transcriber, legal or medical preferred. The ability to transcribe 200 audio minutes per week is required.
Must agree to a background check, be eligible to work in the U.S., and be eligible to be a notary in the state within which you reside.
