We're looking for an experienced professional to assist the executive/owner with office and Administrative duties. The successful applicant will be organized and detail\-oriented, and will provide administrative support. Must have positive attitude and energy.
Job Duties:
Checking all email inboxes and handling accordingly with response, action, adding to list, forwarding to necessary person(s), etc.
Helping with bidding, invoicing, follow up, changing status and making notes on spreadsheets or lists, adding to schedules, attending zoom meetings when necessary to provide support or take notes.
Other basic office duties and administrative tasks.
This position could be remote with some in person meetings.

Pay: $19\.00 \- $35\.00 per hour
