This role will provide direct support to a serial entrepreneur, filmmaker, and content creator based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her work spans business consulting, creative production, personal branding, social media content, and entrepreneurial ventures across multiple industries. While primarily based in Atlanta, she frequently travels to Los Angeles, New York City, Miami, and Houston for business, creative projects, client work, networking, events, and content production.
As her Personal Assistant, this individual will support both professional and personal priorities, helping manage day\-to\-day organization, scheduling, communication, travel coordination, administrative needs, and content\-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, discreet, and comfortable supporting a fast\-paced executive with both business and creative responsibilities.
Position Overview
The Personal Assistant will provide direct support to executive leadership by helping manage schedules, communications, administrative tasks, follow\-ups, personal errands, content capture, and day\-to\-day organization. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail\-oriented, proactive, and able to create structure in a fast\-paced business and creative environment.
In addition to administrative and operational support, this person will assist with filming social media content using the company phone, organizing footage, and documenting editing notes to relay to the social media manager and video editors. The ideal candidate should be comfortable supporting both business priorities and light creative execution while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive and Administrative Support
- Provide direct administrative support to executive leadership.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and scheduling priorities.
- Coordinate calls, meetings, reservations, travel arrangements, and other logistics as needed.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, notes, files, and records.

- Help prepare for content days by reviewing shot lists, gathering needed materials, confirming locations, and assisting with filming logistics.
- Organize video footage, photos, and content files in clearly labeled folders for easy access by the social media manager and video editing team.
- Take detailed notes during filming sessions to document content ideas, best takes, editing preferences, captions, hooks, talking points, and other creative direction.
- Scribe editing notes and clearly relay them to the social media manager and video editors.
- Track which content has been filmed, organized, sent for editing, posted, or is still pending.
- Assist with keeping content\-related files, notes, and creative assets organized and easy to locate.
- Ensure footage is captured and stored professionally according to company organization standards.
- Follow creative direction and support the overall goal of helping leadership and the company maintain a consistent social media presence.
- Assist with personal scheduling, appointments, reservations, and errands as needed.
- Coordinate travel, events, household\-related tasks, or personal logistics when requested.
- Help manage day\-to\-day responsibilities that allow executive leadership to stay focused on business priorities.

- Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant, operations assistant, content assistant, or similar role preferred.
