* Total Schedule Autonomy: You control your calendar. Whether you want to work mornings or prefer a "mixed" schedule of days and evenings, the choice is yours.

* Compensation: Competitive contract rates of $50–$60 per hour (based on experience and license type).

* Provisional Supervision: We are passionate about growing the next generation of healers. We offer low\-cost clinical supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA) to help you navigate your hours in a supportive environment.

* Full Admin \& Marketing Engine: We handle the credentialing, the billing, and the heavy\-duty marketing to get your name in front of the right clients, letting you focus on the soul\-work.

Transparency: Growing Your Caseload

We believe in being "real" from the start. Transitioning into a new practice is a journey:

* Credentialing: There is a standard processing window for insurance credentialing before you can begin seeing certain clients.

* The "Slow Build": While we provide consistent marketing and referrals, building a full, sustainable caseload takes time and intentionality. We have the "ball rolling," but we want partners who understand that a high\-quality clinical list is built through a steady process, not overnight.

* Your Part: While we market the practice, we love therapists who are proactive in "pushing themselves out there" and engaging with the community to help bridge that gap.

Requirements

* Licensed in North Carolina: We are open to both Fully Licensed (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS) and Provisionally Licensed (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCASA) clinicians.

* Cultural Responsiveness: Experience and comfort working with diverse populations and Medicaid/Commercial insurance.

* Tech\-Ready: Access to a HIPAA\-compliant workspace and reliable high\-speed internet.

* Mission\-Aligned: A desire to work within a practice that centers on restoration and faith\-integrated care.
