Sandbar Development is a luxury custom home builder and spec developer based in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, AZ. We build high\-end homes and move fast — and we're looking for an Office Administrator who can keep things tight behind the scenes while our project and leadership teams stay focused on the build.
What You'll Do
- Answer phones and manage the general admin email inbox
- Onboard new employees and trade partners
- Manage office needs, bills, and day\-to\-day operations
- Push received invoices into Adaptive, coding to the correct job and billable status
- Coordinate with our CFO team to help clarify and reconcile monthly transactions
- Request and organize subcontractor bids to support estimating
- Manage team calendars and support sales meetings
- Support content creation, social posting, and marketing needs
- Based in Arizona — must be able to come in for meetings and collaboration
- Prior office admin experience required
- Strong with Google Workspace
- Highly organized with solid document control habits
- Detail\-oriented and self\-directed — you don't need to be micromanaged
- $50,000 annually
- Hybrid schedule
