Better Life Counseling is a growing mental health practice in Southern Oregon dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence\-based, faith\-based mental health support to the Christian community. We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified counselors who share our vision and commitment to join our team. Presently we serve pre\-teens, teens, adults and couples.
We support professional counselors working toward licensure and provide free clinical supervision for LPC professional counselor and social work associates. We also welcome experienced clinicians who are fully licensed. We will consider part\-time or full\-time employment. ALL positions are W\-2 employees. Positions are either local or hybrid in Medford, Oregon or can be entirely remote if located outside of the Rouge Valley while being geographically located in Oregon. For Medford positions, in\-office, we are looking for team members who can work Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays. Evenings Tues\-Wed\-Thur are also available.

- FREE Membership with the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) for therapists after probationary period.
- Paid time off for full\-time therapists working 35 hours per week combined therapy and admin time that begins to accrue after probationary period.
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work or related field or education equivalent to a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university. An active and in\-good\-standing professional license with appropriate Oregon licensing board.

What We’re Looking For:
* Either: LPC and LCSW pre\-licensed Associates in Oregon or fully licensed LPC, LMFT or LCSW in Oregon
* Up\-to\-date CAQH and OPCA (if fully licensed)
* DMAP number (registered with OHP ) \- we can help if you don't have it.
* Compassion \& Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to providing client\-centered Christian faith\-based care.
* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
* Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite, and EHR system: Simple Practice preferred.
* Background: Complete all required background checks.
