- Provide administrative and clerical support to departmental staff and leadership
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in\-person interactions
- Respond to inquiries regarding processes, documentation, and case\-related information
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate departmental activities
- Assist staff and external contacts with locating records, files, and information
- Perform case management and record review functions as assigned
- Prepare, maintain, and update reports, records, and statistical data
- Perform general office duties including:
- Maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks in a high\-volume environment
- Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned

- Minimum two (2\) years of general clerical or administrative experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time\-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

- Experience handling high\-volume administrative or clerical workloads preferred
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy preferred
- Ability to manage frequent interruptions while maintaining productivity
- Post\-secondary education may substitute for experience on a year\-for\-year basis
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 2–3 Month Contract
Pay Rate: $18/hr on W2
