Mills, Wyoming \| On\-site \| Monday–Friday \| $15/hour \+ based on experience

Our well\-established legal process serving company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our Mills, Wyoming office. This is a full\-time, in\-person position, no weekends, no remote work, just reliable hours in a stable, tech\-driven workplace.

What You'll Do.

You’ll be the front line of our administrative team, helping ensure smooth office operations and excellent client support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Skip Tracing with unique online software
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Utilize various software programs including Microsoft Office and our custom software.
  • Run local errands as needed (valid driver's license required)
  • Manage office supplies and place timely orders
  • Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and team members (phone, email, in person)
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support the team with various administrative projects
  • Required Skills \& Experience:

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to

  • Minimum 2
  • years of administrative or office support experience

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information is crucial.
