The Program Administrative Assistant is a detail\-oriented organized professional who assists in supporting the residential department in clerical duties, maintaining program office operations, and serves as the agency’s transportation coordinator.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and auditing.
- Pulling reports and maintaining updated, accurate documents for residential sites and transportation services.
- Coordinating a large fleet of vehicles to ensure community access to all individuals supported and other transportation coordination duties, including but not limited to teaching transportation policies to new hires, DOT inspections, scheduling vehicle maintenance etc..
- Providing any other support to the Director of Residential Services as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2\-3 years of relevant experience
The ideal candidate is a team player with strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment, being flexible with daily assignments.
Requirements
Hourly rate starts at $18 and is commensurate with experience.
