Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments for team members and executives with precision and attention to detail
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and organizing office supplies to ensure a well\-stocked workspace
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software for basic financial record keeping
- Assist with office management duties including organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting special projects as needed
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced setting
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
