Contract Executive / Personal Assistant \- Part\-Time \- Cedar Park / Austin Area
Agape Music Academy is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy independent contractor to provide part\-time executive and personal assistant support.
This is a contract position. The contractor will provide administrative, organizational, and project\-based support on an as\-needed basis. Work will generally be flexible and may include both remote tasks and occasional in\-person errands or appointments in the Cedar Park / Austin area.
Estimated hours: 8 to 12 hours per week to start, with potential to grow to 15 to 20 hours per week depending on fit and workload.
Compensation: $7\.25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. A higher rate may be considered for candidates with strong bookkeeping, QuickBooks, or accounting experience.
Possible responsibilities include:
- Calendar organization and scheduling assistance
- Email and inbox organization
- Document organization, filing, and recordkeeping
- Data entry and administrative support
- Vendor, appointment, and errand coordination
- Drafting correspondence and preparing simple reports
- Travel or event coordination, as needed
- Assistance with Google Workspace, DocuSign, phone systems, PDFs, and online tools
- Occasional personal assistant tasks
- Optional: light bookkeeping, receipt organization, QuickBooks support, or accounting\-related tasks, if qualified
- Prior experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, office manager, legal assistant, administrative assistant, or bookkeeper
- Highly organized and detail\-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks without constant supervision
- Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and general office software
- Reliable, responsive, and proactive
