What you'll do

Client Experience \& Hospitality

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional presence
  • Prepare conference rooms and offer refreshments
  • Maintain a polished, welcoming office environment
  • Front Desk \& Call Handling

  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and care
  • Assist insurance policyholders by identifying needs and connecting them to the right resources
  • Help callers obtain forms, documents, and next steps
  • Office \& Administrative Support

  • Coordinate meetings (in\-person and virtual via Zoom)
  • Manage mail, packages, and document processing
  • Support advisors and leadership with administrative tasks
  • Liaise with vendors (IT, phones, internet, office equipment)
  • Events \& Coordination

  • Assist with firm meetings, training sessions, and the Annual Meeting (including event logistics and coordination)
  • Qualifications

  • 2\+ years of administrative, receptionist, or hospitality experience
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Detail\-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable handling calls and coordinating multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technology tools
  • * Must be able to work on\-site full\-time (this is not a remote role)
