Duties
- Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls appropriately
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Manage filing systems, organize documents, and ensure proper document storage
- Support office management activities such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and personal assistant duties
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Support office supply management by monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed
- Previous office experience or administrative support role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is highly desirable
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clients and visitors
- Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
- Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi\-line phone systems and providing customer service
