Part\-Time Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant (Remote or Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly organized, reliable part\-time executive secretary to directly support business operations, scheduling, and client coordination.

This is a real working role, not an entry\-level admin task job.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendar scheduling and coordination (Google Calendar required)
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone communication professionally
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with clients/customers
  • Organize email inbox and prioritize responses
  • Maintain task tracking and basic administrative workflows
  • Light document preparation and data entry as needed

    Applicants must have:

  • Minimum 2\+ years experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or office manager
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken \+ written)
  • Proven experience managing phone calls professionally in a business setting
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Non\-Negotiables
