Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Quickbooks online
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office.
  • Assist with calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events for staff members.
  • Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entries to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring all communication is clear and professional.
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions.
  • Permit Documents and Coordination.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills by prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high\-quality work standards.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a solid understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic computer literacy skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Prior experience using QuickBooks online software is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary.
