- The administrative assistant/receptionist will serve as support to the firm by performing various administrative tasks.
- Answering phones, forwarding calls, and taking messages
- Opening and distributing daily mail
- Scanning
- Typing letters
- Opening and closing case files
- Greet clients, opposing counsel, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Setting up virtual and in\-person conference room meetings
- Maintaining a clean office, conference rooms, and restocking supplies as needed
- Assist with various administrative tasks
- Minimum 2\+ years in a professional office environment (legal experience is a plus).
- Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to work independently and problem solve
