### Location:

Fully remote in the United States (EST Timezone)

### About the Role:

As Wrike continues to scale globally, we're reimagining how People Operations delivers consistent, high\-quality employee experiences while maintaining operational agility and compliance across regions.

We're hiring a Senior People Operations Specialist (AMS) to support and execute core People Operations processes across our U.S. and Costa Rica workforce. This role sits at the center of day\-to\-day People Operations execution — ensuring employee processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly across the employee lifecycle.

### Team Dynamics:

As a hands\-on individual contributor within a global People Operations model, you will partner closely with the Director, Global People Operations, Team Leads, and cross\-functional stakeholders. From onboarding through offboarding, benefits administration through payroll inputs, and compliance\-related processes through systems support, you will execute and coordinate core People Operations activities across jurisdictions while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance.

This role is built for someone who thrives in a lean, fast\-moving environment — balancing precision with empathy, operational rigor with thoughtful engagement, and autonomy with sound judgment. You're comfortable working remotely, collaborating across time zones, and contributing meaningfully to a distributed global team.

### Your Impact:

  • Benefits, Leave \& Wellness Programs

  • Administer and support benefits and leave programs across the U.S. and Costa Rica while ensuring alignment with local regulations, company policies, and operational requirements.
  • Support country\-specific health, retirement, insurance, statutory leave, and wellness programs through day\-to\-day administration, vendor coordination, employee support, and process improvements.
  • Serve as a resource for employees navigating enrollments, life events, leave requests, and benefits\-related questions.

  • Support compliance\-related operational processes, including background checks, policy acknowledgments, reporting requirements, and audit preparation.
  • Escalate compliance concerns, documentation gaps, or operational risks to appropriate stakeholders when identified.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records to support operational governance and audit readiness.
  • Partner cross\-functionally to ensure people operations processes are compliant, sustainable, and operationally effective.
  • Payroll Inputs

  • Support payroll accuracy by ensuring timely and accurate employee data updates and payroll inputs across systems.
  • Submit payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, compensation updates, bonuses, and leave adjustments accurately and on time.
  • Ensure employee data changes are correctly reflected in HR systems prior to payroll processing deadlines.
  • Partner closely with Payroll and Finance to resolve discrepancies, validate changes, and support payroll processing timelines.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and documentation integrity across systems and reporting.
  • Process Optimization, Systems \& AI\-Enabled Operations
