What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Coordinator to support the sales efforts of 6–8 hotels from your home office (or wherever you work best). This is a fully remote role where you’ll be the go\-to admin powerhouse, sometimes partnering with our Regional Directors of Sales, sometimes jumping in to support the hotel directly.
It’s a reactive sales support role that flexes based on what’s needed most. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.
You’ll:
– Respond to incoming group leads (from brand portals, HotelPlanner, SMERF inquiries, and more)
– Manage and maintain group bookings, including rooming list entry, cutoff dates, and pickup updates
– Keep hotel CRM and lead channels updated
– Join revenue management calls to provide sales insight and manage inventory as needed
– Handle critical sales admin tasks to keep things moving with follow\-ups, scheduling, and Salesforce entry
– Act as a liaison to keep communication flowing between hotel teams, clients, and brand partners
– Be the first to raise your hand when a teammate needs support

The Ideal Shark We’re Looking For
You:
– Have at least 2\+ years of hotel sales coordinator or administrative sales experience with a major hotel brand
(Best Western, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Sonesta, Choice or Wyndham required)
– A heart for hospitality and a mind for sales
– Know your way around PMS systems, CRM platforms, lead portals, and brand portals
– Are a multitasking pro who thrives under pressure and stays calm when things get busy
– Love solving problems, staying organized, and helping your team succeed
– Bring your personality to work and your whole self to the team
