The Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail\-oriented Payroll \& HR Coordinator to help keep our employee records, payroll processes, and HR systems running smoothly.

This is a key support role working closely with leadership and our PEO. You will not be building HR strategy. You will be the person who ensures everything is accurate, complete, and done right every time.

If you love checklists, clean systems, and catching things others miss—you’ll do very well here.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForPayroll Coordination

  • Review time data and prepare payroll for submission
  • Communicate with payroll specialist on:
  • Bonuses, commissions, reimbursements
  • Maintain accurate pay rates and payroll records
  • Ensure payroll is submitted on time and error\-free
  • Employee Records \& Compliance

  • Maintain and organize all employee documentation:
  • I\-9s, offer letters, disciplinary forms, PIPs, terminations
  • Upload and manage records in Helpside
  • Ensure all files are complete, current, and compliant
  • Onboarding \& Offboarding

  • Submit onboarding and offboarding requests through Helpside
  • Coordinate final pay details with payroll specialist
  • Ensure all processes are completed accurately and on time
  • Employee Support

  • Answer basic HR and payroll questions
  • Help team members navigate systems and policies
  • Direct employees to Helpside for benefits and technical support
  • Unemployment \& Claims

  • Gather and submit documentation for unemployment claims
  • Communicate with claims support teams as needed

    Experience (Required)

  • Payroll, HR coordination, or administrative experience
  • Experience with time\-tracking or payroll systems
  • Familiarity with PEO platforms
  • Pay: $21\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
