Description of Responsibilities:
As a Documentation Clerk, your primary responsibility is to assist analysts by compiling, managing and extracting information from documents submitted for review by our clients. You'll collaborate closely with the Research team to ensure the timely delivery of client reports by following established protocols. This role involves classifying documents, performing data entry, and tracking the receipt of documents. Additionally, you'll be tasked with documentation duties as assigned.

- Minimum 1\-3 years of experience in a client servicing, documentation, records management, administrative or data entry role.
- Experience working in a data\-intensive environment (e.g. legal, healthcare, financial services) is a plus.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer\-based tasks.
- Frequent use of computer, keyboard, and office equipment.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions to maintain focus and accuracy.
- Reliable high\-speed internet connection to support secure document processing and collaboration.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong self\-discipline and time management skills to work independently and efficiently.
