La Chelé Medical Aesthetics is a boutique, concierge\-style medical aesthetics practice focused on injectables, skincare, wellness, and hormone therapy.
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to support our growing New Hope location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and naturally stays on top of details without needing constant direction.
This position plays an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting both our guests and internal team. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, proactive, polished, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with exceptional customer service.
This is a full\-time position with consistent weekday scheduling requirements.
Compensation \& Perks

What You’ll Be Doing
Administrative \& Office Support
Assist with day\-to\-day administrative operations
Maintain organization of schedules, documents, and office systems
Support management with operational and clerical tasks
Handle data entry, spreadsheets, reporting, and general administrative projects
Help ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and running smoothly
Guest Experience \& Communication
Answer phones professionally with a warm and polished demeanor
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule and confirm appointments
Respond to client questions and general office communication
Help create a calm, welcoming, high\-end guest experience
Operational Support
Assist with provider scheduling and daily flow
Support front desk operations during busy periods
Help the team stay organized and on schedule throughout the day
Provide dependable coverage during high\-volume business hours
What We’re Looking For

Strong computer skills including Excel and scheduling systems

Able to take initiative and problem solve independently
College degree preferred
Previous administrative or office experience required
You’ll do especially well in this role if you naturally stay one step ahead, enjoy supporting a team, and take pride in helping operations run efficiently behind the scenes.
Experience That Helps
