What you'll do
Client Experience \& Hospitality
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional presence
- Prepare conference rooms and offer refreshments
- Maintain a polished, welcoming office environment
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and care
- Assist insurance policyholders by identifying needs and connecting them to the right resources
- Help callers obtain forms, documents, and next steps
- Coordinate meetings (in\-person and virtual via Zoom)
- Manage mail, packages, and document processing
- Support advisors and leadership with administrative tasks
- Liaise with vendors (IT, phones, internet, office equipment)
- Assist with firm meetings, training sessions, and the Annual Meeting (including event logistics and coordination)
- 2\+ years of administrative, receptionist, or hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Detail\-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable handling calls and coordinating multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technology tools
- Professional, team\-oriented environment
