Remote Personal Assistant / Sales Assistant
I’m looking to hire a highly organized and driven Remote Personal Assistant who can also help with cold calling, lead generation, and day\-to\-day business operations.
This is a fast\-paced role supporting an entrepreneur running multiple businesses and projects across sales, operations, recruiting, and content.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, scheduling, and travel
- Handle administrative tasks and organization
- Make cold calls and follow\-up calls
- Set appointments and qualify leads
- Assist with recruiting and hiring coordination
- Manage spreadsheets, CRM updates, and reporting
- Help keep projects and priorities organized
- Coordinate communication with team members and clients
- Handle miscellaneous tasks and problem solving as needed
- Extremely organized and detail\-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone and confident speaking with people
- Self\-motivated and proactive
- Able to move quickly and adapt in a fast\-paced environment
- Tech\-savvy and able to learn software quickly
- Reliable, responsive, and solution\-oriented
- Personal assistant or executive assistant experience
- Cold calling or sales experience
- CRM or admin systems experience
