The Role: Build, Close, and Define the Market

We’re hiring a Founding Account Executive (Principal IC)—a true zero\-to\-one builder.

This is a bag\-carrying role with real influence. You won’t inherit pipeline, a territory, or a playbook. You’ll help create all three. You’ll be responsible for generating your own pipeline through outbound, referrals, and creative prospecting—while running tight, full\-cycle sales motions from first conversation through close. You’ll engage warehouse operators, logistics leaders, and executives, translating operational pain into clear business outcomes and ROI.

This role goes beyond closing deals. You’ll help define how we go to market, testing messaging, refining our ideal customer profile, and shaping a repeatable sales motion from scratch. What works (and what doesn’t) will come directly from you. Your insights from the field will feed directly into Product, influencing roadmap decisions and ensuring we’re solving real, high\-value problems.

You’ll operate with urgency and ownership, driving momentum in deals, navigating complex, multi\-stakeholder sales cycles, and positioning Glimpse as a must\-have system, not a “nice\-to\-have tool.”

Compensation:

Glimpse is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

  • Base Salary: $115,000 – $125,000
  • OTE: $225,000 – $275,000\+ (uncapped)
  • Optional: Sign\-on for candidates with strong industry network

  • Architect and refine our go\-to\-market approach in real time
  • Define ICP, messaging, and outbound strategy
  • Turn early wins into a repeatable, scalable sales engine
  • Generate pipeline through outbound, referrals, and creative prospecting
  • Run full\-cycle deals: discovery demo close
  • Close complex, multi\-stakeholder deals (6\-figure\+ ACV)
  • Translate warehouse and operational pain into clear ROI
  • Position Glimpse as a must\-have system, not a “nice\-to\-have tool”
  • Engage operators, finance leaders, and executives with credibility
  • Feed frontline insights directly into Product and roadmap decisions
  • Partner with leadership on GTM strategy and growth priorities
  • Help build the foundation others will scale
  • What You Bring:

  • 4\+ years in SaaS sales, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or asset\-heavy environments
  • Proven success in a full\-cycle, quota\-carrying role
  • Track record of closing complex deals (career total \~$10M\+ preferred)
  • Strong pipeline generation and outbound motion experience
  • Ability to connect operational challenges to financial impact and ROI
  • Builder mentality: thrives in ambiguity, not process\-heavy environments
  • High ownership: treats territory like a business
  • Bonus: Existing network in logistics, warehouse, or relocation ecosystems*
