This position is full\-time in office, Monday\-Friday 8:00\-4:30\. Pay range from $21 \- $24/hour per year, direct experience highly considered.

How You'll Make an Impact

You will be a part of our Administrative and Customer Service Team providing administrative support and customer service for multiple homeowners' associations, working with the Community Association Managers and Senior Management staff.

  • Working closely with the Community Association Manager and Senior Management staff to provide administrative and customer service support
  • Handling telephone calls and emails and resolving them in a professional and courteous manner
  • Issuing, tracking and following\-up on work orders for community maintenance and repair
  • Handling violations of community CC\&Rs by issuing and tracking violations
  • Tracking and managing architectural applications submitted by homeowners
  • Managing building key/gate remote distributions
  • Greeting clients and facilitating their requests
  • Preparing and distributing document packets for meetings
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, excel report tracking and Data Entry
  • Preparing letters, newsletters and other correspondence
  • Filing of mail, paper and electronic documents
  • Requirements:

    What You Bring

  • 2\+ years of customer service experience with a clear track record of great customer service. Someone who is extroverted and loves to talk with new people.
  • High school degree or Equivalent
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a customer relationship management software.
  • A professional, pleasant phone presence and the ability to handle clients
  • A clean driving record.
  • Time management and organizational skills with an ability to multi\-task.
  • Experience in HOA management, property management, real estate, or escrow is a plus.
