White and Williams LLP is actively seeking to grow its well\-established Construction and Surety practice and welcomes resumes from senior associate candidates and lateral partner candidates. Great opportunity to join a busy team representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, building component manufacturers, lenders, borrowers, architectural and engineering firms and insurance and surety companies in construction/surety\-related matters including:
- construction contract drafting/negotiation,
- construction management and project administration,
- construction defect litigation,
- delay and disruption claims,
- breach of contract claims,
- mechanic’s lien claims,
- surety bond claims,
- surety indemnity claims,
- and all other forms of construction/surety\-related litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
Ideal partner candidates will have a minimum book of $350K and the ability to take on challenging matters for existing Firm clients. Senior associate candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a construction practice and the ability to manage significant responsibilities across a broad caseload.
