Job Title: Customer Success Assistant
(Remote – Richmond Hill, GA)
About the Role
Salty Soft Wash is hiring a Customer Success Assistant to serve as the frontline of our customer experience and sales support system.
This is not a basic admin role. It requires someone who can own conversations, follow structured processes, and proactively move customers from inquiry → quote → booked job → follow\-up.
You will be the voice of the company for inbound leads and existing customers, handling communication, scheduling, follow\-ups, and light outbound initiatives.
This role starts part\-time (20 hours/week) and is designed to grow into a full\-time position within 6 months, based on performance.
- Must be local to Richmond Hill, GA
- Remote role with 1 in\-person team meeting per month required
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and messages from new and existing customers
- Follow up on quotes promptly and consistently (no lead left untouched)
- Convert inquiries into scheduled jobs using provided systems and scripts
- Re\-engage older leads (30\+ days) with structured outreach
- Schedule and confirm jobs accurately
- Manage calendar coordination between customers and field teams
- Send confirmations, reminders, and post\-service communication
- Conduct calls after service completion
- Handle basic customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure every customer interaction is documented correctly
- Maintain accurate CRM records (no missing or incomplete data)
- Update lead status, notes, and pipeline movement in real time
- Support basic administrative and reporting tasks
- Assist with seasonal campaigns and re\-engagement efforts
- Support Sparkling Clean Club outreach and membership follow\-ups
- Takes ownership without being asked twice
- Is highly detail\-oriented and process\-driven
- Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Is comfortable on the phone (including outbound calls)
- Has strong customer service AND cold calling experience
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Thrives in a fast\-moving, high\-responsibility environment
- 1–3\+ years customer service or sales experience (required)
- Cold calling or outbound communication experience (required)
- Remote work experience (required)
- Strong CRM or database management skills
- Comfortable with phone, text, and written communication
- Must be local to Richmond Hill, GA
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Consistent schedule required during 90\-day probation period
- No schedule changes or time\-off requests during onboarding phase
- Monthly in\-person team meeting required
- Starting at $20/hour
- Performance\-based bonuses and/or commission opportunities
- Transition to full\-time role within 6 months (based on performance)
