Account Manager Assistant Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager Assistant

Purpose: The purpose of the position is to work with the team to service clients and perform administrative service projects.

  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Account Manager and Producer requests timely and effectively
  • Respond to client requests timely and effectively
  • Set up electronic client marketing files
  • Create renewal marketing information for the Account Manager to send to the client
  • Order loss runs for marketing files and save in the computer system
  • Add and maintain client electronic files according to agency procedures
  • Perform rating functions on various carrier websites
  • Process policies, endorsements and endorsement requests according to agency procedures and timeframes
  • Issue certificates of insurance and vehicle identification cards,
  • Accomplish projects and tasks on a current basis
  • Download and manage insurance company endorsements
  • Manage the policy notices of cancellations
  • Check and invoice audits
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • California Insurance License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 year’s prior experience as an assistant in an insurance agency
  • Energetic and willing to learn
  • Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: $30\.00 \- $35\.00 per hour
