The Role

TSOLife is seeking an entry\-level Operations Administrative Assistant to support our growing team with administrative, reporting, and data management tasks. This role will begin with a large\-scale HubSpot contact cleanup project involving a large amount of records and will expand into ongoing operational support including reporting, data entry, and system organization.

We are looking for someone dependable, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, online tools, and repetitive processes that require consistency and accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in operations, SaaS, and data management within a fast\-growing AI company.

You Are

  • Highly organized and detail\-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and following structured processes
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Familiar with basic computer tools such as Google Sheets or Excel
  • Interested in learning and growing within a fast\-paced technology company
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, organize, and update HubSpot contact records
  • Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate data entries
  • Assist with spreadsheet management and data entry tasks
  • Support reporting and operational workflows
  • Maintain data accuracy across systems and internal processes
  • Follow documented procedures and communicate progress clearly
  • Assist with additional administrative and operations\-related tasks as needed
  • Experience

  • Prior administrative, operations, or data entry experience is helpful but not required
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM systems, Excel, or Google Sheets is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems
