Overview
JTSG is seeking a Supply Chain Strategic Workforce Consultant Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA to liaise with relevant stakeholders to provision workforce delivery and deployment activities. You will conduct comprehensive workforce assessment report – including current states staffing analysis, benchmarking against industry standards, gap identification, and organization structure review. Candidates should be comfortable operating across a mix of category types and should bring real supply chain and/or logistics workforce experience. Candidates must reside within driving distance of Los Angeles, CA region.
Job Description:
- Take ownership of the Manpower Plan (MPP). You will track vacancies, analyze turnover trends and growth projections to create high\-level hiring forecasts.
- Conduct comprehensive assessment reports, generate gap analysis and benchmark against industry standards, or other barriers to employment to identify skills, interests, and support requirements.
- Design and refine end\-to\-end recruitment workflows. You will identify bottlenecks in the current funnel and implement methodologies to improve Time\-to\-Hire and Quality\-of\-Hire.
- Act as a consultant to Department Heads, coaching them on interview techniques, market benchmarks, and effective talent mapping.
- Make recommendations for optimized staffing models and organization structure, cross\-training strategies, recruitment/retention plans, and provide a phased advisory roadmap for addressing gaps.
- Support clients through the entire employment process—from resume building and interview preparation to onboarding and retention strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business admin., or related technical field.
- 7\+ years in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or strategic "process\-owner" role
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment \& labor law as it pertains to inclusive hiring practices.

- Data Literacy: You are comfortable with Excel and BI tools. You will use data to tell a story and justify your decisions.
- Systems Expertise: Advanced experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and an interest in AI\-driven sourcing or automation tools.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence (EQ), exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to remain "calm in the storm" of a fast\-paced environment.
- Permanent residents or U.S. Citizens authorized to work in the U.S. for any employers and without sponsorship required.
