Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Arlington, TX. This is a primarily in\-office role with occasional flexibility to work from home, and a key position in our growing company where you’ll wear multiple hats, handling essential administrative, financial, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic environment, adapts well to changing priorities, and can be trusted with important responsibilities that directly support our leadership and overall operations. This role also includes additional administrative duties as our team continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Handle invoicing and month\-end reconciliation
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Manage health insurance and employee benefits administration
  • Coordinate team travel arrangements
  • Serve as Executive Assistant to management, including scheduling, organization, and office support
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 5\+ years of relevant experience in office management, administrative support, bookkeeping, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required; experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and general accounting software strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a team\-player attitude
  • Trustworthy with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
