Duties:
\- Greet and check\-in patients upon arrival at the chiropractic office
\- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
\- Assist with patient intake by collecting and updating medical history information
\- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
\- Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments as needed
\- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records
\- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns
Skills:
\- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
\- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
\- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment
\- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks
\- Basic computer skills
Note: Prior experience as a Chiropractic Assistant is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and aptitude for the role.
Pay: $16\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour
