We’re looking for an experienced Pet Groomer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our high standards of care. This is a Part time position to Start.

Basic Requirements:

* 5\+ years (Minimum) of professional grooming experience

* Use gentle handling practices

* Be friendly and upbeat

* Have great customer service skills and enjoy interacting with our clients

* Be reliable and have good references

* Ability to lift up to 40LBS and work at a fast pace for extended periods of time.

* Be able and willing to work as a team

* Be willing to learn and grow with the company

* Be organized and have good time management skills

* Be willing to do your part to keep our salon clean and organized

* Be able to work at either of our locations

* Have an established grooming portfolio ready to send.

* Saturday availability required.

This is a W\-2 position.

We pay a base hourly rate, plus commission production bonuses and tips. We also offer paid vacation, employee discounts, holiday bonuses, offer tool sharpening and a virtual healthcare plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide high\-quality grooming services for pets, including bathing, trimming, and nail clipping.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of animals during grooming sessions through proper handling and restraint techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage time efficiently to accommodate multiple grooming appointments throughout the day.

Pay: $30,000\.00 \- $80,000\.00 per year
