Schedule: Full\-Time, Mon\-Thur 8:00am\-5:00pm \& Fri 9:30am\-1:30pm. Some flexibility with these hours available

Pay Range: $18\-$20/hour

The Position:

Mountain Land Physical Therapy, is hiring a friendly, organized, and tech\-savvy Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Receptionist) to join our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Provo. In this patient\-facing role, you’ll manage scheduling and payment collection while creating a welcoming, efficient experience from check\-in to check\-out. We provide complete training and mentorship, so this is a great fit for both experienced front office candidates and those new to healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage provider schedules using our scheduling software
  • Collect co\-pays, co\-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service
  • Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction
  • Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming
  • Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Front office, medical receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office) and learning new software quickly
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Friendly, team\-oriented, professional demeanor
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting
