The Role
We are seeking a Patient Flow and Care Advocate. This is a mission\-critical role that serves as the bridge between our cutting\-edge technology and our patients. You are more than a receptionist; you are a navigator who ensures that the clinical workflow is seamless, and every patient feels fully supported from the moment they walk in (or log in) to the moment they receive their care plan.
Key Responsibilities
* Patient Navigation: Greet and guide patients through our high\-tech Phrazer/Kitsune system, ensuring they feel confident using our engagement platforms.
* Claims \& Billing Management: Verify insurance coverage, resolve billing discrepancies, and assist patients with self\-pay options.
* Clinical Advocacy: Act as a "Process Advocate" by ensuring patients understand their rights, treatment options, and follow\-up care.
* Workflow Optimization: Coordinate between on\-site staff and virtual providers to maintain our "Zero Wait" promise.
* Administrative Excellence: Manage medical records and chart integration with absolute accuracy, ensuring seamless data flow between Althing and other health systems.

Qualifications
- 2\+ years of experience in medical reception or patient advocacy (preferred).
- Strong communication skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage given our diverse patient base.
