The ICRST First Line Financial Crimes team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Value Co\-Creation (VCC) team. VCC is a collaborative way of working that brings together Business, Product, and Technology partners throughout the product lifecycle to identify dependencies, make decisions, and deliver outcomes faster.
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, end\-to\-end solutions across multiple technology domains. You will collaborate closely with cross\-functional partners to translate business objectives into robust technical solutions, while helping drive execution across complex initiatives. This role requires strong technical depth, ownership, and the ability to navigate dependencies, risks, and evolving requirements.
- 5–8 years of software engineering experience with full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript across frontend and backend.
- Experience with React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend architecture.
- Experience building backend services using Node.js (or similar technologies).
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs; GraphQL is a plus.
- Solid understanding of system design and scalable application development.
- Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills across distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application architectures is a plus.
- Knowledge of web accessibility (WAI\-ARIA, WCAG) and SEO principles is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross\-functional teams.
- Hands\-on experience with AI\-assisted development tools (e.g., copilots, chat\-based assistants, or agent workflows).
- Ability to critically evaluate and improve AI\-generated and human\-written code.
