As we aim to be the gold standard for high\-performance, white\-glove service, we are looking for a Sales Manager/GM who is an expert at balancing elite customer service with rigorous operational standards. This is a fast\-paced role for a versatile leader who can pivot seamlessly from strategic office work to face\-to\-face sales and field quality control.
Job Overview
The Sales Manager/GM is the engine of our local franchise, managing the entire lifecycle of a project from the first handshake to the final walk\-through. You will lead with a "brand\-ambassador" mindset, ensuring that our white\-glove reputation is upheld through every sales appointment and production site. This role is highly dynamic, requiring significant local travel for estimates and site visits, interspersed with focused KPI management and administrative oversight.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Sales Excellence: Manage the full sales flow for inbound leads, performing professional estimates that reflect our premium service standards.
* White\-Glove Production: Oversee crews and all aspects of production to ensure "concierge\-level" quality and cleanliness on every job site.
* Operational Leadership: Track and hit aggressive KPIs through weekly performance reports to ensure the health and growth of the franchise.
* Talent Management: Recruit, interview, and hire high\-caliber painters who align with our professional values.
* In\-Person Marketing: Actively grow local relationships by representing the brand at home shows, networking groups, and community events.
* Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing an extraordinary customer experience and resolving any issues with urgency and grace.
* Dynamic Field Presence: Perform frequent field visits to ensure work meets our rigorous quality control standards.
* Financial Stewardship: Control material and labor costs, collect payments, and manage administrative paperwork (QuickBooks/CRM).
* Strategic Reporting: Report key metrics and growth opportunities directly to the President of 360 Painting of Essex County.

* Leadership \& Accountability: Proven ability to manage crews and hold teams to high performance standards.

* Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
* Professionalism: Punctual, polished, and excellent in both written and verbal communication.

Qualifications
* 3–5 years of related management or sales experience.
- Proven track record in a service\-based industry (Painting/Construction experience is a plus).
- College degree preferred.
- Bi\-lingual is a plus.

Compensation
* Base salary plus commission
