We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail\-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our real estate office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients while supporting agents and staff with day\-to\-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and thrives in a fast\-paced, client\-focused setting.
- Greet clients, visitors, and agents in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Schedule appointments, showings, and conference room bookings
- Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office supplies
- Support agents with basic marketing tasks (flyers, open house materials, etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to the brokerage team
- Maintain Branch Quality Assurance Standards
- Address inquiries from agents and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner
- Assist with events in the branch office as needed
