Responsibilities

- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and maintaining records
- Handle incoming calls using multi\-line phone systems, providing excellent customer service and support
- Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document organization
- Utilize software tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office applications to complete daily tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to organizational policies and procedures
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or office administration with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy; attention to detail is essential for proofreading and data validation
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic financial record management
- Strong communication skills including phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with multi\-line phone systems and front desk operations in a professional setting
- Knowledge of office management practices, including filing systems and calendar management
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques
- Customer service experience with a focus on support and problem\-solving in busy environments
- Basic medical or dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required
