- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, psychology or other appropriate fields.
- Intact and current standing with the bureau of occupational licensing to provide individual psychotherapy.
- Malpractice insurance (may be obtained upon hiring)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Follow with appropriate and recognized ethical codes for licensure or the NASW Code of Ethics (whichever is the most restrictive) at all times as appropriate for service delivery and rules of conduct.
- Complete a full assessment and record review for each client
- Engage in regular treatment of individuals according to their plan and individual needs in a short term or planned method using appropriately recognized and outcomes\-based intervention methods.
- Work with administrative staff to ensure that client scheduling is appropriate.
- Work as part of a treatment team on individuals receiving services within the agency.
- Complete all required documentation for each patient within the allowed time frame.
- Maintain the clinic environment to ensure that it is a positive experience for the patients and that staff is able to utilize the environment in a professional and effective manner.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance.
