Office Assistant – eCommerce \& Operations (In\-Person)

Job Overview
We are a well\-established home textile company based in Sugar Land, TX, with a growing eCommerce division. We are seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment.
Schedule
- 7\-day operation
- Full\-time \& Part\-time positions available
- Typical shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend availability required
- Organize office operations and support team efficiency
- Process orders (invoices, packing slips, shipping labels)
- Create purchase orders and communicate with vendors
- Enter shipment data into internal systems
- Generate shipping labels via UPS/USPS (ShipStation)
- Handle customer service (email \& phone)
- Provide product information to customers
- Process returns and exchanges
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets and internal databases
- Manage inventory across multiple platforms
- Coordinate communications and scheduling
- Monitor supplies and reorder as needed
- Assist with general office operations as needed
- Previous office/admin experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Comfortable with computers and online systems
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- In\-person role (no remote work)
- Must be able to work weekends
