NOCO Repair – Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

NOCO Repair is hiring a highly organized, fast\-paced Office Coordinator to help run day\-to\-day operations and improve communication with our customers.

This is not a slow office job. This role is for someone who can think, stay organized under pressure, and keep things moving without constant direction.

Location: In\-office (with occasional remote flexibility after training)

Pay: $18–$20/hour starting, with room for advancement based on performance

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Customer intake, scheduling, and follow\-up communication
  • Organizing job notes, project details, and internal communication
  • Assisting in building bid numbers and organizing estimate information
  • Ordering materials and coordinating logistics
  • Tracking job hours and keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Maintaining organization across multiple jobs at once
  • Supporting operations so jobs run smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks
  • This role touches everything. Your ability to stay organized directly impacts the success of the company.

    What we’re looking for:

  • Extremely organized and detail\-oriented
  • Strong communicator (both with customers and internally)
  • Tech\-savvy and very comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and software systems
  • Able to handle multiple tasks without losing track of details
  • Fast learner who can pick up systems quickly
  • Comfortable working in a high\-expectation, fast\-paced environment
  • Able to take feedback directly and improve quickly
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Bonus (not required but valuable):

  • Interest or experience in design, sales, or customer experience
  • Ability to contribute ideas to improve systems and processes
  • Who this is NOT a fit for:

  • Someone who needs constant reminders or supervision
  • Someone who struggles with organization or follow\-through
  • Someone who gets overwhelmed easily or avoids responsibility
  • Expectations:

    You will be working directly with the owner and team in a fast\-moving environment. Things can get stressful at times, and mistakes will be addressed directly. We value people who can take feedback, adjust quickly, and improve.
