Extreme Landscaping is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Coordinator to support our office and handle daily customer communication. This role is not entry\-level and requires prior customer service and computer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally
- Schedule and confirm appointments accurately
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Provide clear, friendly customer service
- Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks
