Extreme Landscaping is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Coordinator to support our office and handle daily customer communication. This role is not entry\-level and requires prior customer service and computer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally
  • Schedule and confirm appointments accurately
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers
  • Provide clear, friendly customer service
  • Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks
  • Keep customer records and office systems organized
  • What We Require

    * Previous customer service experience (required)

    * Strong computer skills (required)

  • Comfortable answering phones and multitasking
  • Organized, detail\-oriented, and reliable
  • Self\-starter who can work independently
  • ❌ This role is not a fit if you have not worked in customer service or are uncomfortable using computers daily.

    Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: From $15\.00 per hour
