Job Summary

Duties
- Manage the CEO’s calendar with precision, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professional phone etiquette on multi\-line phone systems.
- Coordinate various projects and events, including planning logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle office management tasks such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide executive administrative support by proofreading documents, transcribing meetings, and preparing reports or presentations as needed.
- Assist with personal tasks for the CEO when required, acting as a reliable personal assistant to facilitate daily activities.
- Use office software like Microsoft Office Suite to create correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations; ensure all documents are accurate through meticulous proofreading.
- Support front desk operations by welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize DocuSign for signing or sending electronic agreements securely and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring seamless communication across departments.
