Position Overview

  • Gainesville, GA (On\-Site)
  • ProTech Fire, Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Service Scheduler to support our fast\-paced service operations team.

    This is a high\-volume, deadline\-driven role coordinating field technicians, managing service schedules, and supporting billing and job workflows. This is not an entry\-level position.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate daily service calls, inspections, and emergency work
  • Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day
  • Adjust schedules quickly based on changing priorities
  • Enter and manage job data in ServiceTrade/Corrigo
  • Support invoicing, documentation, and job close\-out
  • Maintain organized records and manage incoming calls
  • Requirements

  • 3\+ years in administrative support within
  • construction, service, or trades

  • Experience scheduling or dispatching field personnel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to
  • work independently, take initiative, and keep pace

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Preferred

  • ServiceTrade, Corrigo, or similar field service software
  • QuickBooks experience

  • fast\-paced, high\-volume office

  • Able to
  • learn systems quickly and problem\-solve independently

  • Candidates should be
  • comfortable using notes, training materials, and internal resources to problem\-solve independently before seeking assistance.

    Pay: $21\.88 \- $24\.04 per hour
