Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support daily office operations. This role is the first point of contact for our company and plays a key role in keeping our projects and administrative functions running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and document organization
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks (permits, submittals, closeout documents)
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders
  • Assist with data entry and basic reporting in Excel
  • Help coordinate meetings, calendars, and office scheduling
  • Provide general support to management and accounting team
  • Qualifications

  • 2\+ years of administrative or receptionist experience (construction industry a plus)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
